Cancellation Policy 🛑
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your rentals for the day of your event. Rescheduling is available only due to inclement weather, with at least 48 hours’ notice required for inflatable rentals.
Remaining Balance 💰
If you paid only a deposit, the remaining balance is due before delivery. This ensures on-time delivery of your party rentals in Clay County, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Middleburg, and surrounding areas.
Inflatables / Bounce House Rentals 🏰
Our inflatable rentals may arrive slightly wet due to Northeast Florida weather. In some cases, we may deliver earlier to allow drying time before your event.
Grass & Setup Area 🌿
Please cut your grass at least 48 hours before delivery. Remove sticks, debris, or pet waste from the setup area. Measure your space carefully — we cannot be responsible if rentals do not fit.
Tables & Chairs 🍽️
Tables and chairs are delivered curbside. Our team does not typically set them up to stay on schedule. Please stack tables and chairs the same way for pickup.
Optional setup/breakdown available at $0.50 per table or chair.
Power Requirements ⚡
Ensure adequate power within 50 feet of your setup. One standard outlet is typically sufficient for a bounce house rental.
Stakes & Equipment Security ⛏️
Most equipment is secured with stakes. We are not responsible for sprinkler system damage — please inform us of areas to avoid.
Concessions 🍿
All concession rentals must be returned clean.
Parks & Forest Preserves 🌳
If hosting at a public park or forest preserve, you are responsible for permits and insurance. Verify that staking is allowed and check for special use permits for inflatables, generators, and tents.
Generator Rentals ⛽
Generators are delivered with gas. Monitor fuel levels hourly and refill as needed.
Equipment Safety & Liability 🔒
Equipment cannot be left unattended. You are liable for theft or damage, and damage waivers will be void if left unsupervised. At parks, please stay until equipment pickup.
